Top rider Wout-Jan van der Schans, recently winner of the FEI Nations Cup in La Baule with the Dutch team, rode a perfect round in the 1.40m Robert Vos Sporthorses Prize. He won the class with the 9-year-old Caapverdi (Verdi x Haarlem). Sponsor of the class, Robert Vos, finished 2,5 seconds later and finished 4th with Dempseys (Calvaro Z).
